Hakone is located just one hour from Tokyo. With a history of over 1200 years, it is the home to over a dozen natural hot springs. Surrounded by lush greenery and a stunning view of Mount Fuji, the hot springs or “onsens” are commonplace and affordable. Depending on personal preference, there are a variety of onsens available.
