Cenote Ik Kil, Yucatan, Mexico
This is one of the most beautiful sights you will ever see. This natural underground reservoir sitting about 82 feet beneath the surface, is at the bottom of a stairway beautifully lit and carved into the limestone rock. Have a relaxing swim in the 200-foot pool, with a water depth of 115 feet. Plus, there is a gorgeous restaurant on the premises for you to go to when you are done.
Lake Iseo, Italy
Nestled between Lake Garda and Lake Como. Lake Iseo has sheltered away from the tourists and perfectly peaceful. Its architecture of cobbled streets, stone gateways, and iron balconies are so picturesque and the Italian culture shines through with award-winning pizza restaurants, delicious wines and spa resorts you won’t find anywhere else.
Huacachina, Peru
This desert oasis is like nothing you have ever seen before. A small village located in a watering hole, surrounded by sand dunes in southwest Peru. It’s now a resort where tourists can relax by the lagoon or you can take part in activities like sandboarding or buggy rides in the desert.
Kakslauttanen Hotel, Finland
This must-see hotel is no regular hotel experience. Hidden within the Arctic Wilderness with a landscape that consists of snow and beautiful nature as far as the eye can see. Plitvice Lakes, Croatia
It is one of the most beautiful locations in Croatia. The National Park contains sixteen lakes all connected by a series of waterfalls. Relax amongst eight kilometers of nature any time of the year as the parts open year around but I would recommend going in spring when it is less busy or winter when the lakes and waterfalls are covered with snow.
