Because life is too short to worry about other people’s thoughts.
2. DO MORE OF WHAT MAKES YOU HAPPY
What makes you really happy? To have an hour just for you every day? The weekly yoga class? Or simply to take the time to cook at night?
A small detail can make a lot of difference, so go on and take the time you need for yourself!
3. BE PROUD OF YOU
Because it’s time to recognize what you have achieved so far – you have done well gal!
4. TRY SOMETHING NEW
Try something different, something that you have always wanted to try maybe? Then go on, 2019 is the year for you to give it a go!
