It’s been a while since my latest monthly goals post. It’s not that I didn’t set any goals for myself, more than I was setting similar goals month after month. What changed this month? Not much. However, I believe that when I share my goals on the blog with you, I work harder in order to achieve them. Let’s say that these posts keep me motivated. For June, I have set fewer goals than usual, because it’s summer and I want to have as much time as possible to do fun things.
JUNE GOALS
- Travel. I feel like a broken record in regards to traveling. This month, I have finally arranged a trip but I don’t want to jinx things so I will spare you the details for the time being. However, I promise to do some fun traveling posts later this month. Just a little clue, it’s a fairytale destination!
- Book our summer vacation. A week on a Greek island is what I am looking forward to every summer. We have a few destinations in mind and we plan to book everything the coming days. The first week of August is the perfect time for our little summer escape. A week under the sun, hitting the beach daily, enjoying good food, beautiful views, and each others company.
- Make good use of my time. The next couple of months are set to be my busiest yet, with a good amount of traveling among others. I need to find a good balance, so I feel organized and ahead of my tasks, but also relaxed and happy with my travel plans etc. Basically, stop procrastinating!
- Spend a day at a hotel pool. It’s a nice way to spend a hot summer day in the city. There is a lovely hotel near where I live with a great roof-top swimming pool with a view that I want to visit and spend a day there so bad.
- Read, read, read. I am a little ashamed to admit that I am behind my goal for reading 50 books this year. So, I have a new reading list of page-turners that I can’t wait to read the coming weeks. The key to reading four books a month is definitely to choose interesting ones.
